  • Belgium & Germany ± 3/7 business days.
  • UK ± 5/10 business days.

Returns

We hope that you love your Jewelly. If you are not content with your Jewelly you can of course return your order and get your money refunded or exchange (read info below). You have 30 days to return your item. 

Please Note:

  • Articles bought on sale can not be exchanged or returned.
  • Earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned due to our health and hygiene policy.


To return an item please follow the following process:

  • first send us a mail with the reason you want to return it.
  • ensure the jewellery  is in undamaged state,
  • ensure the jewellery is not worn or used,
  • include the original packaging.

 

Return Steps

When you apply for a refund or return, please contact jewelly925@gmail.com at the first time, the time you contact us should be within 30 days from receipt , the email should include the following:

Subject: [Order Number] Refund Application

Content: (optional, if you would like us to pay return freight) Reason for return.  It would be better if a photo or video is provided.

Please note:
Please make sure the item will be returned as it was. If you do not have the original product packaging, please use a firm box with padding to return the item.
After we check and confirm the information, our finance team will issue refund for you in 3 working days.

Note that we don't return shipping costs !!

Please include a note in your return package with your name, reason of return and bank details so we can refund your order. 

 

Exchanges

For exchange you can return the order and can order the right product on our website. We refund the money after we received the return within 14 business days. 

 

Standard and Free Shipping

LEWELLY is not responsible for missing or lost parcels send with standard shipping (€3,09 for the Netherlands and €5,90 for Europe).

 

Out of Stock
If an item is sold out at the moment it will state "back soon" on our website. This item will be restocked as soon as it arrives from one of our Factories.
